A daughter of the Kazakh steppes, an artist, a mother of four children and a modern woman

My work explores contemporary spirituality through my personal experiences. By merging ancient and modern visual symbols, I create new variations of art that reflect the multidimensional nature of the world with its inherent contradictions and paradoxes. 

My guiding principle of life is living in harmony and unity with nature. It gives a special significance to my artistic practice and personal life. My aim is to show well-known concepts from a different perspective. Repetition acquires a mantra-like significance; thus, repeating the same elements in my art creates a meditative character.

Through this process, I found my authentic voice through oil painting. The malleability of oil paints allows me to create a dynamic and impactful layer that captivates the viewer; the richness of color and diverse textures give depth and airiness to my paintings and forces the colors to play in a new way according to my creative intentions.
Each painting acquires its own spirit and becomes an expression of my "self".

1986, January 27: Born in Shymkent, Kazakhstan.

2008: Earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Academy of Humanities, RF, Kazakhstan.

2018: Participated in painting courses in France at ATELIER ALUPI, in Italy at Accademia D’ARTE-FIRENZE, and in Russia at "ART Factory". Took part in the report exhibition "My Contemporaries" dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana. 

2020: Founded the "ZERE arts" school. Achieved recognition as a Doctor of Fine Arts, became a member of the Academy of Arts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and was honored as a laureate of international competitions.

2021: Presented to the world the first paintings in the series “Bee-Loved: A Journey to Self-Acceptance and Self-Love”. Took part in: Artexpo Art Fair New York, International Auction Online Portal Bidspirit, group exhibition of Pepney Gallery, ArtExpo Art Fair in New York and has been awarded two international accolades in education, culture, and art in Paris, France.

2024: Participated in ArtExpo New York, Agora Gallery, M.A.D.S. Gallery and Red Dot Miami collective exhibitions
